Our Duck fry starts its journey as a Pekin duck sourced from a local family owned farm. We then wet cure the breast in our proprietary cure and smoked in a hardwood blend of sweet Maple, Beech, and Birch. It is then hand cut by our staff to produce this most unique product.
Our natural duck fry offers a wonderful flavor and texture when served as the star ingredient in a classic BLT sandwich, or as a topping on your favorite burger. When used as a base ingredient it will add a deep smokey elemental flavor enhancing your favorite dishes.
